How can we open a company in Italy from Ukraine?
Vovchyk & Co. manages the whole process from Rome: legal form, notarial deed, tax code, VAT number, bank account and accountant. An S.r.l. is typically operational within a few weeks, even without the owner being permanently in Italy.
Do you help with residence permits in Rome?
Yes. We handle residence permits, renewals, residency registration, tax codes and healthcare enrolment for individuals and families, in Ukrainian and Italian. We prepare the complete file and accompany you to appointments where needed.
Do you do sworn Ukrainian–Italian translations?
Yes, our translation office handles sworn and certified translations between Italian, Ukrainian and English, plus apostille and consular legalization. Documents are prepared to be accepted on first submission.
Can you vet a business partner in Ukraine or Italy?
Yes. We check companies and beneficial owners in official registries, assess financial, legal and reputational risks, and screen against sanctions lists — before you sign a contract.
Do you help Italian companies enter the Ukrainian market?
Yes, in both directions. With offices in Rome and Kyiv we handle market research, partner selection, company setup, business missions and institutional relations in Ukraine, including in the context of reconstruction.
What does "troubleshooting" mean in your work?
It is our intervention when a matter has stalled: a blocked permit, a frozen account, a negotiation at a standstill. We identify the competent authority and the correct procedure and follow the matter in person until it is closed.
